Money moves between players in Naija Life. You can pay a friend back, help a new player with rent, or spray a dancer at Quilox. This guide covers every way to send naira and the app that helps you find the right person.
Sending money to a player
There are two ways in:
- Bank → Send to a player on your Sim's phone. Pick someone you have chatted with or search by @handle.
- Send money or Pay from a player's profile sheet or from the Hustle app.
| Limit | Amount |
|---|---|
| Most you can send in one transfer | ₦1,000,000 |
| Most you can send in a day | ₦1,000,000 |
| Most one player can receive in a day | ₦1,500,000 |
Always send to an @handle, not a username: there are dozens of players called Mimi but only one @mimi4. The friends guide explains handles.
Receiving money
You do not have to claim anything. Money sent to you is collected into your wallet when you open the app or the Bank, and you get a notification when it arrives. If you stay away, the server collects it for you within the hour.
Spraying money
At a club like Quilox you can spray naira on the dance floor and on other players, the way it is done at a real owambe. The nightlife guide covers it.
The Hustle app
The Hustle app on your phone is the market for skills. Search Naija by skill, such as photography, music or coding, or by name, and see who is good at what. Every result has Message and Pay buttons, so you can agree a deal in chat and pay for it in the same place.
The My hustle tab is where you advertise your own skills. Players searching for them will find you. The skills guide shows how to level the nine skills.
Staying safe
- A transfer cannot be reversed by the sender. Check the @handle before you tap Send.
- Nobody from Naija Life will ask for your password or a payment outside the game.
- If someone tries to scam you, tell support with their @handle.
